Community Unites for ICC Day Clean-Up: Over 3,000 Volunteers Tackle Environmental Impact

Miami united for the annual International Coastal Cleanup Day, a county-wide initiative aimed at safeguarding local waterways and neighborhoods. With over 3,000 participants, the event successfully raised awareness about environmental conservation while removing debris. Our site welcomed 105 dedicated volunteers from local churches, families, community groups, and businesses. Together, we removed 250 lbs of trash from the shoreline and streets, using both land and water vessels. The event focused on the physical cleanup and served as a platform to educate and engage participants in conversations around environmental responsibility.
