Back to School Family Day Recap
Despite the looming weather forecast, the Back to School Family Day turned out to be an unforgettable experience for families. The event was filled with joy and excitement, starting with a lively and engaging DJ who set the perfect tone for the day. Kids were thrilled to meet Barbie and Spider-Man, while Hula Hoop musical chairs had everyone cheering and laughing. The rain may have interrupted the party, but families chose to stick around and enjoy the event despite the weather.
Creative activities were in abundance, with arts and crafts, DIY slime stations, ceramics, face painting, and balloon art keeping everyone entertained. Each station offered something unique, allowing kids to express themselves and create memorable keepsakes.
This incredible event was made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors: the Brickell Homeowners Association, Christ Fellowship Miami, Commissioner Joe Carollo, Hotwire Communications, City of Miami Parks, Miami PAL & Immanuel Lutheran Church who graciously allowed us to park in the their parking lot. Their investment in our community is invaluable, and we couldn’t have done it without them.
