Ribbon Cutting & Birthday Fiesta with Miami-Dade Commissioner Higgins

Things are getting a whole lot cooler on The Underline. Thanks to support by Miami-Dade County District 5 Commissioner Eileen Higgins, The Underline now has a new canopy shade structure that will prompt more comfort and more activations year-round in the Brickell Backyard.

As part of The Underline's 4th Birthday, Commissioner Higgins will cut the ribbon on the new canopy shade structure and share cake.

Where: Check-in @ The Underline Brickell Stage, SW 8th Street and SW 1st Avenue.

What: Music, lite bites, libations, cake and a brief program featuring Miami Dade County District 5 Commissioner Eileen Higgins.

Celebrating: The Underline’s new Sound Stage Canopy & The Underline's 4th Birthday.

Schedule: Brickell Stage 6-6:30 PM/ check in, light bites and libations, music. Canopy ribbon cutting & cake from 6:30-7:30 PM

Other: Dress, casual for outdoors; rain or shine; parking on street or nearby lots or take Metrorail to Brickell Station.

Arrival

  • Please arrive by 6:00 PM for check-in to full enjoy the ribbon cutting and cake at 6:30 PM.

  • Wear cool clothes, we will be outdoors.
