The City of Miami’s Code Enforcement Board is scheduled to hold a hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM, at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133. A key topic on the agenda is the issue of illegal short-term rentals, which have been a growing concern in our community.

What to Know About This Hearing:

    •    This is not a public comment session. While not all residents can speak at this meeting, community presence is still important to show support for strong enforcement.

    •    Code Enforcement Board members will review cases related to illegal short-term rentals and determine penalties for violators.

    •    Attending in person or staying informed will help residents understand how the city is handling enforcement and what steps may be taken next.
