Insights from the Challenges of Vertical Living: Board Member Roundtable

On November 7, the Challenges of Vertical Living: Board Member Round Table brought together board members and property managers for a focused discussion on the unique challenges facing condo communities today. This exclusive, event provided a space for open dialogue around critical topics, such as managing rising insurance cost, short-term rentals, cost of concrete restoration, addressing construction noise, and navigating rising costs.

The roundtable featured updates from newly reelected State Representative Vicki Lopez and professionals from Campbell Property Management, Haber Law, and Pro-Max.

Commander Andres Valdez and Sergeant Freddy Mesa kicked off the meeting by reintroducing themselves and reaffirming their dedication to a peaceful neighborhood. They outlined their proactive approach to managing noise from loud vehicles and shared preparations for the upcoming Country Bay Music Festival. The festival, set for Virginia Key on November 8th and 9th from 1 PM to 11:30 PM, will feature no strobe lights or deep bass music.
