R E S O L U T I O N

The Brickell Homeowners Association Board of Directors has met with the staff at Swire Properties to review the proposed SAP Amendments to One BCC Signature Office Design.

The Brickell Homeowners Association has duly adopted the following Resolution on June 27, 2022:

WHEREAS, Swire Properties long-term mission is to create a premium urban environment and shape the future landscape for the communities they serve, such as Brickell Key and Brickell City Centre.

WHEREAS, Brickell Homeowners Association was created to promote and enhance the quality of life and vitality of the community on behalf of residents in the area and those who work, visit, and enjoy the area’s amenities; and

WHEREAS, both organizations have worked together since 1990 to better our community and have been longtime partners in enhancing our community; and

WHEREAS, both areas currently have an overlapping interest as well as many common concerns, community needs, and goals; and

WHEREAS, there has been tremendous growth in the Brickell residential community in the past decade, to which Swire Properties has contributed significantly through projects such as Brickell City Centre and Brickell Key; and

WHEREAS, we have reviewed and discussed the proposed SAP Amendments to One BCC Signature Office Design on Jun 27, 2022.

WHEREAS, we agree that our community will significantly benefit from the future development of BCC Signature Office Design.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Brickell Homeowners Association agrees with the proposed SAP Amendments to One BCC Signature Office Design.
