On April 4th, Scooters made their way into District 2 as part of a 6 month pilot program led by Commissioner Ken Russell.

The program is expected to generate funds for street improvements and new bike lanes in District 2. Since their launch, many have enjoyed them and many have opposed them. Where do you stand?
