Condo Association Guidelines: Ensure you have a copy of your condo's hurricane preparedness plan, which should include protocols for securing common areas, elevators, and utilities.
Window and Balcony Safety: Condo boards typically require that all windows and balconies are secured with impact glass. Make sure to follow any deadlines and remove your balcony furniture if required.
