Make Your Voice Heard: Public Comment Opportunity

The City of Miami Commission is considering an ordinance that could impact our community’s quality of life.

What: First Reading of an Ordinance to amend noise regulations (FR.5 - 16979)

When: Thursday, January 23, 2025

Where: City of Miami Commission Meeting

This ordinance would allow the City Commission to waive noise restrictions for “special occasions” on city-owned, operated, or leased properties and facilities.

If you have concerns or feedback about how this change could affect our neighborhoods, now is the time to speak up!

• Attend the meeting in person to voice your opinion.

• Submit written comments ahead of time via the City of Miami’s official website.
