Are you looking to increase your knowledge about your responsibilities to your community? Join FirstService Residential for a Virtual Board Certification Course. Discussion topics include:  

  • Understanding governing documents

  • Establishing role clarity for board members

  • Running effective association meetings

  • Conducting board member elections   

  • Understanding fiduciary duties, including budget creation, financial reporting and reserves

  • Maintaining association records
