Last Friday Gov. DeSantis signed SB154 that revised SB4D changing guidelines and timelines for Milestones Inspections, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies and Turnover requirements. There are NEW disclosures requirements in effect NOW for all residential condo sales. Failure to comply means the buyer can void the contract.
