Citizens wishing to speak before the School Board during a board meeting must sign up in advance. One may sign up to speak to a scheduled agenda item, or to speak during the Public Hearing (First meeting of month) on any specific topic. Requests to speak must be submitted by written request to the Superintendent of Schools, 1450 N.E. Second Avenue, Room 102, Miami, Florida 33132 NO LATER THAN 4:30 p.m., Monday immediately before a regular Wednesday meeting, or by noon on the business day preceding a special meeting.
