Tackling Condominium Construction Projects
On April 26th, 2023, Siegfried|Rivera and the Brickell Homeowners Association hosted the "Tackling Condominium Construction Projects" event at Capital Grille. Over 65 professionals from the condo industry, including board members, property managers, and residents, attended the event.
The event began with a welcoming speech from a BHA representative who introduced the guest speaker and highlighted the importance of discussing coming together. The presenter, Jason M. Rodgers-da Cruz, a shareholder of Siegfried Rivera and an expert in Construction Projects, shared insights into the challenges faced by condo associations and board members when taking on new construction projects. He also provided best practices and strategies for tackling such projects.
The event concluded with a Q&A session where attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in valuable networking opportunities. The event was highly informative and engaging, providing guests with new knowledge and insights to overcome the challenges faced by those involved in condominium construction projects.
