Brickell Homeowners Association 

R E S O L U T I O N 

The following Resolution has been duly adopted by the Brickell Homeowners Association on May 22, 2021: 

WHEREAS, The Brickell Homeowners Association is dedicated to safeguarding the quality of life which includes noise pollution, safety, impact fees, and community development; and 

WHEREAS, Warrant Application PZ-20-95287 seeking to construct and operate a Helicopter Landing Site at the Aston Martin Residences on 300 Biscayne Blvd Way; 

WHEREAS, the close proximity of the warrant site to thousands of existing residential units, including my residence, approving this warrant will cause significant negative impacts to our quality of life, health and safety; 

WHEREAS, BHA members such as the Icon and Brickell on the River have objected and expressed their concerns for their quality of life and safety. 

WHEREAS, we ask that you deny the warrant application, or require conditions that adequately address these concerns after seeking input from my community’s property management and neighborhood organizations; 

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Brickell Homeowners Association stands in support of the quality of life of the Brickell residents and in opposition to warrant application PZ-20-95287.
